To you this drink may seem simple, but to those of us in Boston who spent two days and three nights without potable water, it's pure luxury.

Raising a glass to clean water for all,


Ginger Lemon Tisane

juice from 1/2 lemon or lime
1 inch ginger, peeled and cut into slices
squeeze of agave nectar
pinch of cayenne

Steep the lemon and ginger in hot water for five minutes. Add in the agave sweetener and cayenne. Stir. Drink. Enjoy.
